Warranty Information

This product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you encounter any issues with your LED lamp, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs when returning the lamp for inspection or repairs.
We do not provide a temporary or backup lamp while your lamp is being repaired.
Repair times may take approximately 1-2 weeks.
To preserve battery life, do not use the lamp while it is charging.
Always use the charger supplied with the lamp. Using a different charger with an incompatible voltage may cause damage and is not covered under the warranty.

Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, Monday–Friday.

UK Express: typically 1–2 working days
UK Standard Tracked: typically 2–5 working days
Non-Mainland UK: typically 2–7 working days depending on service
Express orders should be placed before 11am

Returns

Unused items in their original, resaleable condition can normally be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
