If you encounter any issues with your LED lamp, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs when returning the lamp for inspection or repairs.
We do not provide a temporary or backup lamp while your lamp is being repaired.
Repair times may take approximately 1-2 weeks.
To preserve battery life, do not use the lamp while it is charging.
Always use the charger supplied with the lamp. Using a different charger with an incompatible voltage may cause damage and is not covered under the warranty.
