We offer repair services for Upower Up200 / Super Up 200 - UG12 & SUG12 models.

Please note, express shipping is only available for returning your nail drill post-service due to its high value.

If you order any additional items with your service, they'll be shipped together once your nail drill is fixed.

The handpiece should not be previously tampered with. When you open the drill and attempt to fix it yourself you can actually damage it beyond repair. If any of the screws have been stripped, or if the handpiece has been oiled or greased, please notify us before sending it in. For all other forms of damage please contact us for further inquiry. We will professionally replace the nail drill handpiece with brand new genuine replacement parts. You can expect a 2-3 business day turnaround (excluding major holidays). All you need to do is pay for shipping of the product to us.

Please note, in the event our technician cannot repair it. We will have to send this to the manufacturer's for repairs and this can take from 2-4 weeks and there may be additional costs.

While we’ll restore your drill to peak performance, it's important to note that some minor changes in sound or operation might occur after a repair, especially due to the natural wear and tear of components over time. We’ll replace any worn-out parts, but it may not sound exactly the same as when it was first purchased.

What is included in our service?

Our professionally trained technician will replace all four bearings and carbon brushes.

A professional interior cleansing will also be taken out by removing any dust build up and replace any missing exterior screws free of charge.

We will fully inspect, repair, and test all features of your drill.

The service processing time is approximately 2-3 working days, however during busy periods it may take longer.
