Before Sending Your Handpiece
Your handpiece must not have been previously opened, modified or repaired by an unauthorised person. Attempting to repair it yourself may cause damage beyond repair.
Please contact us before sending your handpiece if:
- Any screws are stripped or damaged
- The handpiece has been oiled or greased
- The handpiece has been opened or previously repaired
- There is any other significant or unusual damage
Our trained technician will professionally repair your ONAIL handpiece using brand-new, genuine replacement parts.
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 working days, excluding major holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods.
You are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of the handpiece to us.
Important: If our technician cannot complete the repair in-house, the handpiece may need to be sent to the manufacturer. This process can take approximately 2–4 weeks and may involve additional costs. We will contact you before proceeding with any additional charge.
While we aim to restore your handpiece to the best possible working condition, minor differences in sound or operation may remain after repair due to the natural wear and tear of older components. Worn parts will be replaced where necessary, but the handpiece may not sound or operate exactly as it did when it was brand new.
What Is Included in the Service?
Our professionally trained technician will:
- Replace all four bearings
- Replace the carbon brushes
- Professionally clean the inside of the handpiece
- Remove internal dust and debris
- Replace any missing exterior screws free of charge
- Fully inspect, repair and test the handpiece
This service covers the repair of ONE ONAIL handpiece only.
If you need multiple handpieces repaired, please purchase the corresponding number of repair services. For example, two handpieces will require two repair services.

You are responsible for the handpiece until it safely reaches us. We strongly recommend using a secure, tracked delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery.
