These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your relationship with TNBL UK Limited. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Trade Only Sales
TNBL UK Limited operates strictly as a wholesaler and does not sell to the general public.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are not acting as a consumer under Consumer Credit or Sale of Goods legislation.

Products are purchased for business use, not personal use.
All products are intended for qualified beauty professionals. Customers must be appropriately trained and insured to use the products purchased.
TNBL UK Limited accepts no responsibility for misuse of products or equipment by trained or untrained personnel. We reserve the right to request proof of professional status and insurance.
3. Your Status
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are entering into a contract in the course of your trade or business.
You acknowledge that consumer rights do not apply.
4. Ordering
Orders may be placed:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
An automatic email confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If cancelled, payments will be refunded in full.
Product images are for illustration only. Colours and finishes may vary due to monitor settings and digital photography. We do not accept returns based on colour variation. Customers are encouraged to request additional images before purchase.

Orders may be paid via:

All card transactions are encrypted for security. Card issuers may perform verification checks.
Reward points may be used where applicable but cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Invoices and order details will be supplied with your goods.
6. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
While we aim for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If an error is identified, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel your order. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout prior to payment.
7. Order Acceptance
No contract exists until goods are dispatched. Until dispatch, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
8. Delivery
Delivery and packing costs are displayed at checkout.
If parcels are returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or inability to obtain a signature, we will refund the order excluding delivery costs. Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.
Free delivery does not apply to furniture shipped via pallet.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses (e.g. Parcel Motel, AddressPal).
9. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

We aim to respond within 24 working hours.
Damaged / faulty / missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. Claims without photos cannot be processed.
All orders are packed under CCTV recording.
Investigations for missing items may take up to 48 hours.
False claims may result in account suspension.
10. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is deemed lost, courier investigations may take up to 14 working days. Refunds or replacements are issued only after investigation completion.
Refund processing: up to 14 working days + 4–5 banking days.
Replacement processing: 2–3 working days.
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the parcel, you must report it to the police and obtain a crime reference number before we raise a courier claim.
We are not typically liable for theft after confirmed delivery but may review cases individually.
11. Shipping Delays
Refunds for late “next working day” delivery apply to shipping fees only and take 2–3 working days to process.
12. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If stock is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund if required.
13. Product Information
Images may not accurately represent colours (e.g. gel polish, nail polish). We recommend researching products before purchase. Returns are not accepted for colour discrepancies.
14. Equipment Servicing (E-Files)
E-file handpieces require servicing every 6–12 months depending on usage.
Servicing replaces worn bearings and carbon brushes and includes internal cleaning. This is classed as wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
15. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website fully operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free access. Access may be restricted for maintenance or updates.
16. Liability
The website is provided without warranties or guarantees.
We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, data, or savings)
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

We are not product manufacturers and do not provide usage guidance. Always follow manufacturer instructions.
We may suspend or terminate website access for breach of these Terms.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder remain valid.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
21. International Orders, Customs & Brexit
Customers outside the UK must check local import duties and taxes. TNBL UK Limited is not liable for customs charges.
If shipments are refused, refunds will exclude shipping costs.
22. Accidental Damage
We do not replace or refund products damaged due to accidental misuse or handling after delivery.
