These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and your relationship with TNBL UK LTD. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the  website. By using  you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

TNBL UK LTD operates exclusively as a wholesaler, it does not sell directly to the General Public. It does not deal with Consumer Sales. All sales are to the Trade. By placing an order with TNBL UK LTD you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the beauty trade and are for sale on a trade only basis. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.


By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

* you are a business and are entering a contract with us in the course of your trade;


You acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer, and so do not have any consumer rights.

When you place an Order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available you will be notified by email.

The Nail & Beauty Link may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Please note images shown on website may not be 100% accurate as to the item due to different monitor settings and digital images will not always be 100% accurate, please do not buy if you are not sure what the color would turn out to be as we do not accept returns for this.

We would recommend you contacting us before purchasing so we can supply a photo image of the product.


Orders may be processed online, cheques and postal order.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.

You may able to use reward points at checkout. Unless specified otherwise, reward points are not valid in conjunction with any other offers.

All Order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your Order.


The price for each Product on is shown & paid in UK sterling (GBP).

We always try to make sure that the prices on are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

Acceptance of your order

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Delivery and Charges

The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.

Please note that if your order is returned to us because the courier company could not deliver your pacel due to no one being at home, unable to get a signature at your property or too many delivery attempts. We wll refund you for your order excluding delivery fees.If you would like for us to resend your order, you will need to pay for the postage fee for the resend.

Free delivery does not apply to orders containing furniture that have to be sent via a pallet company.

Please note that we are unable to ship orders going to PO box address, e.g. Parcel Motel, Address Pal.


We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone. Availability of Products

We try to keep as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product will always be available. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.


As images of the products are not always accurate such as nail polish or gel polish we would advise all our customers to research the product before ordering as we do not accept returns or exchange for colours not fully matching the images supplied by the manufacturer.


Servicing on e-files

Please note that your hand piece for your e-file machine will need a service from 6 months – 1 year depending on how much you have used it.


With use over time, the bearings and carbon brushes inside your hand piece will get worn down and will need replacing.


A service with replace these parts and our technician will clean your hand piece from any dust that may have accumulated on the inside.


This is classed as wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and these changes will apply to the use of If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use If you continue to use after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of www indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.


Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. The Nail & Beauty Link is not involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturer’s guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

The Nail & Beauty Link may change or withdraw any part of, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

The Nail & Beauty Link may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to The Nail & Beauty Link other rights.

The Nail & Beauty Link acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.

If  The Nail & Beauty Link does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at The Nail & Beauty Link option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and The Nail & Beauty Link and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Since we are only aiming at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries. Use of The Nail & Beauty Link and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Replacement of products and refunds.

The Nail & Beauty Link will not replace or refund any products that have been broken due to accidental damage.

If you experience any problems upon receiving your order you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If you receive your products damaged / faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the products and provide photo images of the damaged items.

You must also notify us within 24 hours, should your order be missing items, a photo of what you have received and the packaging it arrived in must also be provided.

Without photo images of the damaged items we cannot offer you a replacement or a refund.

All of our orders are packed and recorded by CCTV.

Upon notifying us that an item is missing from your order, please allow up to 48 hours for us to investigate.

If customers are found to be lying, their account may be blocked.

Order Refund / Replacement & Shipping Fees Refunds 

Order replacement / refund due to loss - If you order has been considered lost, the courier company will need to investigate it, this can take up to 14 working days. Refunds or replacement orders will only be issued once the courier company has investigated this fully.

Once this has been investigated, a refund or a replacement will be issued.

Order refund to due to loss - please allow 14 working days for us to process a refund for orders that have been lost. Once a refund has been processed please allow 4-5 working days for this to return back to you.

Please allow 2-3 working days for replacement orders to be processed.

Shipping fees refunded for late next working day delivery - please allow 2-3 working days for us to process a refund for this. Once a refund has been processed please allow 4-5 working days for this to return back to you.

Order Not Received - Disputing deliveries

If you order has been delivered and the tracking shows that it has been delivered to your address but you have not received it.

We will raise a claim with the courier company. They will raise an investigation and this can take up to 14 working days for them to investigate this.

Once the courier company has investigated this, management will review their report and decide whether or not to issue a refund or a replacement order.

Please note that it is very rare in these circumstances where a refund or a replacement order will be issued due to the tracking showing that it has been delivered.

Brexit 31st October 2019

After this date please double check with your local authority in your country if you are liable for any custom and duty fees when you are purchasing from us.

As we will not be held liable for any custom and duty fees you may need to pay from ordering from us.


Please note that for international customers, you are responsible for checking with your country's website regarding imports from outside of your country.

We are not liable for the shipment if it gets refused and you would need to wait for the shipment to return back to us before we can process a refund.

Please note that we will refund you for your order minus the shipping fees.
